Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Executes employee relation strategy of the organisation 
  • Maintaining grass root contact with employees for better and harmonious employee relations.
  • Helps settle employees grievances expeditiously
  • Handling Labour Contractors, Contract workmen and all related legal & Administrative compliances related to them
  • Assisting seniors in handling disciplinary matters, conducting enquiries, dealing with Union 
  • Assist in conducting departmental inquiry where ever necessary for delinquent employee, Liasioning with various govt authorities 
  • Manages statutory compliances
  • Helps in labour compliance process and its execution
